Full Moon Hike and Sound Bath We are excited to invite you to a special evening of the Full Moon! Join us for a 45 minute or 2 mile guided urban hike followed by a relaxing sound bath experience and guided meditation. Event Details: Location: Chuck Heinrich Park Date: May/ June 28 / July 28 Time: Urban Hike - 6:45PM Sound bath - 8:PM What to Bring: Yoga mat, towel, blanket or chair, water (optional, for the sound bath) water and shade. Something to journal with and writing tool. Flashlight or headlamp Water (minimum 1 liter) Sunscreen & a good hat (no shade on the trail) Snacks (always a good idea!)
