Read and Ride Hispanic Heritage Month
Every month, the El Paso Public Libraries partner with the El Paso Streetcar to bring you a fun-filled streetcar ride with stories! No RSVP required for this Read & Ride event, but it will guarantee you receive free goodies! When registering on this site, be sure to select how many will be riding with you to reserve enough tickets for your group. Hop on board at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 17 for a reading event featuring children's books celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. Boarding starts at the Convention Center Stop (1 Civic Center Plaza). Free parking at the convention center! Once the first ride reaches capacity, additional riders will wait approximately 15 minutes to board the next ride. Track the streetcar by downloading the free “Ride Sun Metro” app, available for both iOS and Android.Time
