Don't worry, no poison or rotten apples would be cooked! But TCI does have a three course menu with the themed of Snow White & with one of everyone's autumn fruit: the apple! Join us this Friday, October 28th at 6:00 pm & feel like Snow White cooking for the 7 dwarfs. What would you be cooking? | Camembert Cheese with apple compote simmered in white wine | | Roasted Pork Shoulder with Sweet Apple Sauce | | A Delicious Apple Pie | Sounds very dreamy, but don't you worry it won´t be hard, because TCI will whistle with you while we work. Don´t forget to bring your wine, because pairing food with wine is the best! - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays & Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $90 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
