We are please to inform you that you have been accepted at Texas Culinary Institute of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Students shall be required to book online for a spot in our amazing Feas. Please ensure that the atmost attention be made to the list of requirements and menu for our cooking class attached herewith. TCI Term (our one cooking class) begins Saturday, October 15th at 6:00 pm. What would you be cooking? | TURKEY LEG | | YORKSHIRE PUDDING | | PUMPKIN PASTIES | | CHOCOLATE FROGS | Don´t forget to bring your wine, because pairing food with wine is the best! - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays & Saturdays 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $90 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
