Join Chef John and learn how to create a popular Asian dish, where you will use fresh ingredients and smart cookings techniques to prepare this unique and savory dish. Join us Friday , August 18th at 6:00 pm What would you be cooking? |Cantaloupe fennel prosciutto salad | |Bulgogi beef w/jicama chive salsa and lettuce wraps and arepas | |Charred peaches w/vanilla ice cream and whipped cream | Sounds deliciously good, right? - Cook&Cork are held from 6:00-9:00pm. - Cook&Cork is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - $95 per person. -Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult with previous indication - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.Time
