Join us for our biggest festival yet at the Philanthropy Theater and Alamo Drafthouse in El Paso, Texas! Friday Sept. 30th 7th Annual Femme Frontera Filmmaker Showcase Doors at 6:30 pm, Show at 7 pm, Q&A at 8:30 pm with the filmmakers Where: Philanthropy Theatre - 125 Pioneer Plaza, El Paso, TX 79901 Tickets: $10 Saturday, Oct. 1st Student & Youth Showcase Doors at 10 am, Show at 10:30 am with a Q&A with our adult and youth students afterwards Where: Alamo Drafthouse Montecillo Free Event but please register at the button below as seating is limited. “From Short to TV: The Joys, the Headaches, and Everything in Between” A panel discussion featuring Femme Frontera colleagues and past Showcase filmmakers who discuss their journeys from making short films to making content for productions such as Netflix, Amazon, PBS, AppleTV, and Amazon Studios. 3 pm Where: Philanthropy Theatre - 125 Pioneer Plaza, El Paso, TX 79901 Free Event. "What We Leave Behind", a feature film by Iliana Sosa El Paso native and documentary filmmaker, Iliana Sosa's feature film, will screen as part of the Femme Frontera Filmmaker Showcase.
