Wine and food Pairing For this class it is necessary to BRING YOUR OWN 4 DIFFERENT BOTTLES OF WINE: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot Food Pairing Menu: Smoked Salmon, Peach & Ricotta Crostini Garlic Shrimp Avocado Crostini Prosciutto Bruschetta With Brie & Fig Caramelized Onion, Roast Beef & Goat Cheese Focaccia *Must be 21 or older - Cook&Corks are BRING YOUR OWN WINE (BYOB) - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $90 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
