Susan Wester Perez, a watercolor artist from El Paso will present the April program “Watercolor Plus; Introducing Other Media to Your Paintings to Create Drama, Emphasis, and Atmosphere.”
She will show how using pastel, acrylic, and colored pencils can change and enhance watercolor paintings.
