SunCycle Trek & Trail Kick Off

SunCycle is excited to announce the launch of its first bike share station at Ascarate Park, near the Playa Drain Trail. To celebrate this exciting milestone, the community is invited to join the free SunCycle Trek & Trail Kick Off event, which will be held at the main entrance of Ascarate Park on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event's highlights include FREE snow cones, music, a scavenger hunt, games, and the chance to win exciting prizes. Participants can explore Ascarate Park and the Playa Drain Trail on SunCycle bikes, which will be provided free of charge during the event. The scavenger hunt will encourage riders to collect photos in the park and along the trails, with prizes awarded to those who successfully complete the hunt. For your convenience, FREE parking will be available at Ascarate Park before 11:00 a.m. After this time, a $10 charge will apply (CASH ONLY). We encourage early arrival to secure your FREE parking spot. The SunCycle Trek & Trail Kick Off Ride is made possible by the generous support from the County of El Paso and the Paso del Norte Trail.
