Join Instruments of Healing as they guide you through sound bath meditation and how important it is to practice self-care and make time for ourselves. As always, classes are FREE at our El Paso Parks and Recreation centers and require no registration! This sound bath session takes place on Wednesday, June 7 at 6 PM at Valle Bajo Community Center, 7380 Alameda. Make sure to bring a yoga mat and blanket!
