Dia de los Muertos at the El Paso Zoo

The El Paso Zoo and El Paso Zoo Society would like to invite you to our Dia de los Muertos at the Zoo event happening on October 29th from 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM! This all ages event will have a costume contest for adults and kids, live entertainment from Rime Messiah and Sophomore Year, face paintings, activities from “puentes hacia el exito” with giveaways, Dia de los Muertos parade with our friends from El Paso Roller Derby and RoboTron stilt walkers and of course an ofrenda (alter) to honor some of the animals we’ve lost. Guests are encouraged to come dressed and bring items to place on the ofrenda (alter).
