Join us at The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso for FREE Microchips for the first 150 pets, LOW-COST vaccines & FREE dog adoptions to help Clear the Shelters! All adoptions will include the pets spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license.
