We will discuss tips on baking shaped cookies and making royal icing - so you can practice more at home - just in time for the holidays. I'll also include beginner recipes! We will learn techniques in class like: - outline - flooding - linework - edible material additions - writing skills - icing sweater pattern (very hot this year!)
