Come join Chef Rossano and learn to make lasagna from scratch with wonderful flavors that you will surely enjoy. In this interactive class you will learn all about the techniques to make lasagna from scratch. Join us on Wine Down Wednesday, Sep 13 th at 6:00PM to cook succulent Dinner along Chef Rossano. You’ll be making: |Parmesan cheese baskets| |Traditional Lasagna| |Peaches, Amaretti and Italian merengue| & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. It's going to be incredible! - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays & Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
