Sat, Feb 25th at 6:00 pm Learn how to pair your Meals with Wine! Have you ever think of this questions when choosing or drinking wine? What are sulfites? ... What are tannins? ... Why do you age red wine - but not white wine? ... Do you add flavorings to wine to achieve different aromas (i.e. chocolate, cherry)? TCI has you covered. Join us and our Sommelier in a class in which you'll learn how to pair 4 types of wine with food. You'll be learning how to: Choose Wine Serve Wine Cook some small appetizers so you can learn how to pair your wine with food The wine is not included, so we do ask you to bring 4 bottles of the following wines (1 bottle per type of wine and per couple). CHARDONNAY MERLOT CABERNET SAUVIGNON SWEET SPARKLY WINE & what about the food? SMOKED SALMON, PEACH AND RICOTTA CROSTINI GARLIC SHRIMP AVOCADI CROSTINI CARAMELIZED ONION, ROAST BEEF AND GOAT CHEESE FOCACCIA Come join us and you'll know why! This Cook&Cork is BYOB, if you want any suggestions on which wines to buy, feel free to contact us for suggestions from our sommelier, but any wine of your liking is a Great option. - Cook&Cork are held Fridays or Saturdays from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. - Cook&Cork is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - $95 per person. -Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult with previous indication Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.Time
