Howdy everyone, IT'S TEXAS NIGHT! We all love Texas, so why not gather around and discover with Chef Hannahe the vibrant spirit of Texas through these amazing dishes. We want to see you in your best cowboy outfit, see you there, yee-haw. Join us on August 24th at 6:00 pm at Texas Culinary Institute for our Cook&Cork Texas Night! Cowboy inspired outfits are encourage. Our Texas Night Menu: | Caramelized onion galette | | Cowboy butter steak | & for dessert... | Cowboy Cookies | And don't forget to BOYB It sounds delicious, right? What are you waiting for! BOOK NOW & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. We hope to see you in our kitchen! - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays & Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
