IT´S BACK! Our first Surf & Turf night was a success! TEXAS CULINARY INSTITUTE knows that sometimes we can´t decide what protein do we want. That is why we bring to you our cooking class Surf & Turf, in which you´ll learn how to make Lobster & Steak. Come and learn how to make an incredible 3 course meal What would you be cooking? Our Surf & Turf Menu | Garlic Roasted Mushroom | | Steak & Lobster with Chimichurri Butter | & for dessert... | Peach and almond bund cake| & because everything tastes better with wine or beer, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. Let´s make this fancy dinner together at TEXAS CULINARY INSTITUTE! - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays & Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol - $95 per person tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.Time
