HOLIDAYS ARE HERE! The cold weather means cozy season & that means we get to learn how to make three delicious Mexican foods that are perfect for the chill nights. Mexico has a lot of authentic traditional dishes that are Intangible Heritage of Humanity by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco), we also have some amazing dishes. Texas Culinary Institute with the instruction of our talented and experienced Chef Luisa Del Castillo, is having this November 25th a cooking class were you´ll learn how to make these amazing dinner foods. MENU | POZOLE | | TAMALES | | FRUIT PONCHE (PUNCH) | & because everything tastes better with wine, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. Come & experience an authentic Mexican cuisine with us! - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays/Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - STUDENTS UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. - $90 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.Time
