Cook&Cork: Noche Mexicana

Come join us and learn how to make a traditional Mexican dish that is from the area of Puebla. Poblano chiles are stuffed with a flavorful ground pork stuffing, then covered in a creamy walnut sauce and garnished with pomegranate seeds and parsley. It is a festive dish typically served in the month of September to celebrate Independence Day because the colors of the dish are said to resemble the colors of the Mexican flag, green, white and red. Don't miss out on this outstanding dish, come explore these delicious flavors with Chef Hannahe. Menu: Chile En Nogada Guaya Cheesecake Don't forget to bring your own bottle so you can drink & cook! - Cooks&Corks are BYOB (bring your own bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
