TEXAS CULINARY INSTITUTE | COOK&CORK | BOURBON STEAK NIGHT We all love Bourbon as a drink, but what better thing than to add it to your steak. TCI has a cooking class with a Our COOK&CORK clases are designed for couple cooking and you´ll learn how to make a delicious meal. This time we have a delicious bourbon steak with some very southern sides. COOK&CORK is all about having a fun & relaxing time in the kitchen! So don´t forget to bring your own wine or beer (BYOB). Join us this Saturday, November 19th at 6:00 pm WHAT WOULD YOU BE MAKING? Bourbon Night | Scalloped Potatoes | | Bourbon Steak with Shrimps | | Carrot Cake | & don´t worry we will clean up the mess for you! Don´t forget to bring your wine, because pairing food with wine is the best! - Cook&Corks are held on Fridays or Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $90 per person. - Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
