TEXAS CULINARY INSTITUTE knows that everyone love sushi, so we decided to have a cooking class all about Japanese cuisine. With the instruction of the passionate and talented Chef Hannahe Romero come and learn how to make an incredible Japanese 3 course meal. What will you be cooking? | Sushi Bar & Ramen | & for dessert... | Miso Cookies | & because everything tastes better with wine, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. - Cook&Corks are held on Saturdays, 6:00 – 9:00pm. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - $95 per person. - Tips for our staff are not required but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for these classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
