Monday, Aug 21st starting at 7 pm, Chef's Dinner: Farmed & Foraged will take you on an exploration of different cuisine and techniques utilized across the world. Dinner will be held in El Mirador, the hotel's rooftop bar located on the 10th floor, providing an exclusive atmosphere with a stunning El Paso sunset overlooking downtown. The elevated pop-up includes a seven-course dinner crafted by Chef Michael Graham and our culinary team. El Paso's top culinary destination for those seeking new innovations in food pairing plus traditional techniques. Ticket purchase includes dinner, wine, and a 20% gratuity for the staff.
