Monday, September 25th starting at 7 pm, Chef's Dinner: Barrel & Vine will take you on an exploration of different cuisines and techniques utilized across the world. Dinner will be held in El Mirador, the hotel's rooftop bar located on the 10th floor, providing an exclusive atmosphere with a stunning El Paso sunset overlooking downtown. The elevated pop-up includes a seven-course dinner crafted by the Hotel PDN culinary team. El Paso's top culinary destination for those seeking new innovations in food pairing plus traditional techniques. Ticket purchase includes dinner, wine, and a 20% gratuity for the staff.
