That is why TCI is teaching you how to make a delicious brunch that is going to be cozy & amazing! Join us this Saturday, September 16th at 10:00 am Come and learn how to make an incredible 3 course brunch! What would you be cooking? Eggs Benedict with Poblano Sauce Churro Bread Pudding Pomegranate Mimosa And because everything tastes better with A MIMOSA bring your own champagne, Cook&Cork is BYOB (bring your own bottle) so you can cook & relax in our kitchen. Let´s make this fancy brunch together at TEXAS CULINARY INSTITUTE! - Students must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol. - Students under 19 must be accompanied by an adult. - Cook&Corks is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - $95 per person. - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.
