Learn how to make bright, beautiful sunflowers on a cake using buttercream and palette knives on Saturday September 16th @ 1:00 pm.
In this class, you will learn how to:
- make smooth buttercream (recipe included)
- frost smooth and straight edges
- stack and layer straight cakes
- use palette knives to create sunflowers on a cake
Each student will receive a 4 inch, double layered cake along with a box to take their creations home.
All materials will be provided in class.

Important Note: Due to limited space at the studio, we don’t allow families to stay in the classroom during instruction unless they register themselves. We want to give as many students possible the opportunity to participate and reserve their spot in our classes. Students are not allowed to share cakes due to limited seats in the classroom.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be
no refunds offered for students who miss a class. However, we do honor a
72 hour cancellation policy to reschedule a class or receive class credit. Any cancellations below this time frame will not receive class credit or the opportunity to reschedule.
