Earth Day Rocks on the Streetcar! Jump on the Streetcar for a Read and Ride with the El Paso Public Library, then head out to the Art and Farmers Market at Arts Festival Plaza to celebrate Earth Day. Get a free ride and a free plant on your way to the Earth Day celebration hosted by El Paso Downtown Art and Farmers Market. The Streetcar special extended hours start at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 22, and Boarding Starts at the Convention Center Stop, at Santa Fe and Henry Trost.
