We think brunch might just be the most popular meal out there, and for good reason. A perfect combination of breakfast and lunch, it’s a meal you savor on relaxed mornings, and it’s a time to load up on fresh, healthy foods as well as sweet indulgences. Join us this Sun, Feb 26th at 6:00 pm What would you be cooking? | Arugula, ricotta and peaches with honey salad | | Steak and egg with romesco sauce and confit potatoes with pecorino romano | & | Raspberry gastrique and pistachio cream with roasted pistachios | Sounds deliciously good, right? BUT WAIT! What about the Mimosas? Because there can´t be no brunch without mimosas, bring your bottle of Champagne (BYOB) & we will have some orange juice. Let´s make the best brunch in El Paso together at TEXAS CULINARY INSTITUTE! - Cook&Cork Brunch are held Sundays from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. - Cook&Cork is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle). - $70 per person. -Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult with previous indication - Tips for our staff are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members. - Please note that we do not offer refunds but honor a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your reservation. - No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this classes. - Class size is limited to 14 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis. - Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head. - Students will receive a full copy of recipes.Time
