This year’s Placitas Garden Tour offers participants the chance to visit private spaces that can only be described as sanctuaries, places of safety and protection for garden owners as well as guests. Each garden provides a place for humans and wildlife to heal, recharge, relax and enjoy New Mexico's distinctive scenery. They serve as places of respite from daily concerns and responsibilities, calling visitors to slow down, wander along the paths, listen, smell, taste and touch the carefully chosen plantings.
